Care plan for pet if you cannot care for your pet 2. List of daily care needs for your pet 3. Vaccination records for your pet 4. Veterinarian contact information 5. At least a 2 week supply of food and medications 6. Collar and ID tags 7. Leash or crate/carrier 8. Toys Please stay safe and continue following the CDC and state guidelines.
